Once my lip balm has soaked in, I gently line my lips with this universal, “your lips but better” soft nude shade. I like to line my entire lips, as well as shade into the corners of my mouth to ensure a great coverage and give an ombré effect.

STEP 2
CODE LIP Lip Intense Plumper
Liner applied, I like to apply this directly on top of my fully lined lips. Sometimes I’ll add a lipstick shade underneath but mainly I like the natural flushed shade it gives my lips alone. I swipe this all over and it’s as easy as that. You feel a slight tingle and the subtle minty scent makes it feel fresh on lips.
I think it helps to make my lips look pillowy and plump, but they don’t look sore and unnatural like I have experienced when using some plumpers.
Top tip: you can apply a second coat (as recommend by Code Beautiful) to create and even fuller look.
