Pixi Beauty love to collaborate with some of our favourite beauty bloggers and makeup artists. The new Pixi Pretties collection is no exception.
This is a capsule collection of four palettes that can be used to create looks on lips, eyes and face. One thing I really enjoy about Pixi beauty is that so many of their products are designed to be multi use. I’m all about saving time and effort wherever I can.
First up we have the Cream Rouge palette from Louise Roe & Pixi. The palette contains 25 cream shades that can be used for both cheeks and lips. They’re suitable to mix together or layer, so you can create your own lip tint or cheek flush. Tying in similar lip and cheek colours really helps bring a look together.
The Tones & Textures palette created by Tina Yong & Pixi contains 25 ultra pigmented eyeshadows. They range from matte to metallic, providing enough texture and colour to create a variety of looks. They’re very blendable with minimal fallout. Suits all shades make this palette pretty versatile for everyone. The lighter, neutral shades are ideal for a daytime look and moving down to the bolder, metallic colours would take the look into the evening.
One of my go tos when I’m doing my makeup is always a sculpting, defining palette. The Shapeshifter Palette by Promise & Pixi is here to define cheekbones, nose and eyes. There are 9 shades in total and the cool, contour shade is ideal for sweeping along the top of the forehead, jawline and below cheekbones. The lighter shades are ideal for brightening the under eyes.
Finally we have the Denise & Pixi Mind Your Own Glow palette. I imagine this palette would flatter all skin tones and shades can be blended to create your own signature glow. There are no glitter pieces within the powder, so you won’t get a glittery face when you use this. The lighter shades would really enhance a blush too. The versatility of the palette means you could easily use this on the eyes too.
Have you tried the Pixi Pretties palettes?
